Technik

Pulverbeschichtung ist heute state of the art bei allen Lackierungen von Metallteilen.

Für die Innenanwendung geeignet:

  • blanker Stahl
  • Aluminium
  • praktisch alle hitzebeständigen Metalle

Für die Außenanwendung geeignet:

  • Aluminium
  • feuerverzinkter / galvanisch verzinkter Stahl
  • Edelstahl.

Buhlinger beschichtet Metallteile bis 7.200 mm Länge, 2.450 mm Höhe und 800 mm Tiefe. Das reicht von kleinteiligen Vorhangelementen bis zum Lichtmasten mit bis zu 400 Kilogramm Gewicht.

Schwerpunkt der hochflexiblen Anlage sind kleine und mittlere Losgrößen.

Trockene Pulverlacke werden per Elektrostatik mit Hochspannung aufgeladen und haften so an allen metallisch geerdeten Teilen. Die Pulverteilchen sind nicht lungengängig und deshalb ohne Gesundheitsgefährdung zu verarbeiten.
